Skull crack bug
the update notes said the skull crack will have 0.5 second activate time. However in practice it is still very slow compare to savage slash.
The daze time do become 10 second slow meaning a super nerf for a already sucks skill... |

Yup, it appears that way. Even testing it reveals that it's still at the same speed.

U should see ractoh using skull crack in a three man fow group, that was... with the book trick that is not anymore
